This incredibly lazy and incompetent delivery person refused to deliver 2 packages on Saturday ruining my 10yr old step daughters birthday surprise and has now been driving around for 2 days with the other package in her vehicle. This is the absolute worst post office in 2 counties. If you don't like your job quit but don't refuse to do your job and ruin other people's day. She's broken things by throwing them in my porch or steps, she parks in people's yards and makes u-turns in people's yards. At least once a week I get someone else's mail and she refuses to take it back and deliver it to the proper address!
Paid for express shipping and was supposed to arrive on the 8th of July. Temp delivery driver delivered the regular mail and didn't deliver my package saying that my address was wrong?? Called the office and talked to the clerk in the office, who was extremely rude and didn't give a rats a$% about the delivery situation. I requested to have her call me when he got back to the office and she was even more rude saying that you just have to come in Monday to the office to pick up your package.... I told her I'm 2.5 miles from the office and just have someone drop it off, I paid for it to be here today and not Monday!!
i have lived in fort meade for 28 years and my wife was born and raised. we have received excellent service. today i called for i think was a new driver and she didnt get all of her delivery i assume to our mail boxs so i seen her make a uturn in our yard. this is crazy but when i called i got some smart #$$ on the phone he needs to loose his job immediately!!! i have never been so upset for dealing with such incompetence. i did not get his name because the conversation didnt last that long .
I'm not going to buy so much as a stamp or utilize any of their services or products from now on and that goes for the deputies here too! I'm retired and I never met such a rude, stuck up bunch of people in Polk County in my life!! I have met a couple of good people here, but for the most part...... Pfftttt
